Refunds
Last updated 19 September 2026
Sixty days. Reply to your receipt and say you want a refund. We will not ask why, and there is no form to fill in.
How to get one
Find the receipt email from your purchase and reply to it, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Say that you would like a refund. That is the whole process.
You do not need to explain yourself. You do not need to delete anything or prove you have stopped using it. If it was not right for you, that is reason enough.
How long it takes
- We aim to reply within one working day.
- We process the refund through Stripe as soon as we have replied.
- It usually reaches your card within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- The full amount comes back. We do not deduct anything.
Why sixty days
Because school admissions run on a long timetable. You might buy in October, follow the guidance, and not find out how it went until March. A fortnight would be no use to you.
Sixty days is longer than the law requires. We would rather you felt able to buy than felt trapped after you had.
What happens to your access
Your licence to use the content ends when the refund is made, and you should stop using it and delete anything you have saved.
In practice we do not lock you out of your browser, because we do not make you create an account. We are trusting you. Almost everybody is straightforward about this, and the few who are not are not worth building a wall for.
If you bought by mistake
Tell us straight away and we will refund it the same day. You do not need to wait or use the sixty days.
If you paid twice
It happens, usually when a page is refreshed. Email us and we will refund the duplicate immediately.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, not instead of them.
Because this is digital content you can use immediately, buying it means you asked us to start straight away and gave up the automatic 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our sixty days replaces it with something longer and simpler.
Separately, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund regardless of this policy or how long has passed. Nothing here limits that.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email us first. We will almost certainly sort it faster than your bank will, and a chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund. But it is your right, and we will not argue with you about it.
